Homesteading Program

A city-administered program for emergency home improvement loans and/or purchasing program of eligible homes for rehabilitation to contribute to the preservation of the neighborhood. Homes in the program would be available for re-purchase by low and moderate income persons at a reduced rate who meet eligibility requirements.
