The Western Illinois Economic Development Partnership (WIEDP), a non profit, public-private organization, is a one-stop shop for information and assistance in locating or expanding a business in Warren County.

WIEDP - University of Illinois Extension

In September 2005, the WIEDP announced a collaborative agreement with the Henderson-Mercer-Warren University of Illinois Extension Unit to strengthen community and economic development services in Warren County. The agreement provides University of Illinois Extension financial and resource support to WIEDP's program of work through a community investment program, assumes employment of WIEDP staff, and provides the vast resources of the University of Illinois Extension system to WIEDP for the betterment of Warren County.
